This male narrator voice

The story line is very good but the male narrator had me try to get a refund. His voice. He was very hard to listen to.

The caliber of the acting can make a story soar or sink.

It took me 3 try’s to finish this book. The story was good, with interesting twists. But the male lead did not do his part justice at all. He almost seemed to be reading the words for the first time, emphasizing the wrong words, mispronouncing common words and giving a very stilted performance.

The female lead, Sable Lyn did great job as usual, but even she could not makeup for the male lead’s shortcomings…

Love the storyline not the narrator

I love the storyline. Tlyn never disappoints but the male narrator…he was trying so hard to sound hood and is just not his forte. Was a torture listening to him.

The story was great but it was something about the male narrator and the way he read that didn’t quite fit.
The male character was a lokey into drugs guns and whatever else but the narrator had me imagining a totally different person. Storyline was great other than that.

Loved the book buttttt

The male narrator sounded a bit awkward. The female was good. Loved the book and I love the author.

Refund Please 🤨🤨

This could have been a good listen but that male narrator was horrible. He flat out ruined the story. Talking about an over exaggerated voice actor 😡😡I purchased about 10 books before I realized his narration skills. Unfortunately , I think he is on 4 of my picks. In the future any books I run across with the name ( K Bernard ) will not even be consider for purchase . I want a refund or a credit now to look for another listen. Of course (Sable Lyn ) was amazing but unfortunately even she couldn’t carry this one on her own and she is GOOOOD. I still had to fast forward male parts missing a lot of the story then having to go back 😤😤to see what I could catch without being subject to his voice for long.

Great Story

The story was good but the male narrator’s voice was horrible just too over the top! Who picks these horrible voice of the characters?

Worth the credit!

I enjoyed this listen kept my attention from beginning to end.
I swear I love all T’lyn’s MMC and Samad was no exception. He was applying major pressure. 😜

Now those narrators are another story they weren’t horrible but the male was over voice acting. I thought he was in a Shakespeare production. The female was ok. They didn’t take away from story it was still enjoyable.

I can’t wait for her next release
