The love and support!
I loved everything about this book and I wish it was longer! I'm not sure how I would feel if my parents pulled the arranged marriage card...or tried to because...yeah lol.

Amazing
This book, this author is Great. This is my second time reading. I read on Kindle 1st, I loved the way mental health was addressed. I loved how Cress stood by him and loved him. These men were/are great. The storyline was on point. It drew me in from the beginning the slow start with background of them. Please read & can't wait to see book two..

The story line is outstanding
The narrators seem very new at this, the male narrator doing a female voice 😞 but just continue to listen the book is that good. So many topics that are so necessary to understand In our society. I recommend this book to all adults

A trifecta in my opinion. Didn’t want to stop listening Great story great performances great overall!!! No one acted whiny or immature n it didn’t drag on.. I actually learned some things I didn’t know. Hope this is only the beginning of more more more….

This a true adult read with no angst. I love it!!
The characters were mature. The only thing is that I wish I could’ve seen more death in the female lead. Her character was very shallow. But overall a hit book.

Love, Patience and Understanding
I enjoyed the Kindle version over the Audible! I couldn’t get with the narration of the male voice who sounded bored and the female didn’t make me believe she was brown girl magic!
However the story was well developed from past anger, hurts, family manipulation and betrayal! Once the dust settles there was trust, understanding and love!
