Great story, poor narration.

As usual, Mary Calmes delivered another wonderful installment in Sam and Jory's story. I really wish they would have kept with the narrator from the first two books. This narrator's delivery was flat, his character definition was weak, and he failed to give them the spark the author intended.

Like reading a manual...

One of my favorite books and I just wanted to delete it, it was so badly narated... First time this happenedbto me!!! Just glad he didn't do the next one because I would have given up... Very dry and monotonous...

Great story

I was not a fan of the narrator. He had quite a few mispronunciations and was too computer generated sounding. I love the story though!

Good story

Ok, I love the series but the change in narrator was a huge mistake.. When binge listening the whole series I have hard time listening to this one because of the narrators interpretation of Jory's voice.

What Happened to Jory?

First, the editing is bad and the new narrator is jarring compared to the first. Next, it's like Jory is a completely different person from any of the other books before or after. It's like someone else wrote him. This book is always disappointing when I read it.
