Simple but profound

This book puts so much together in a truly holistic way—diet, exercise, hydration, breathing, technology, mindset, mindfulness. The writer (who narrates with great energy) is a medical doctor who switched her practice to more holistic therapies. This is a must for anyone interested in mind-body work.

Very important book for everybody!

Just read it! The book contains lot of gems which helps you. It's remarkable how much information this contains. I have been read lot of self-help books and this is maybe the best book what I ever read. It tells you everything about you as a human. It's more than just what book's title is. Example how your brain works and how your body works, how your emotions works in your body.. Life changing experience is this book. It deepened something what I already knows, and went so much deeper levels my understanding of myself and learned a lot more new valuable things what I can use immediately in my life. This book made me a new person, a new version of myself. I loved this book and highly recommend to you read, listening this beautiful masterpiece and drink that wisdom inside you.. This is the most enriching book I’ve read for the current circumstances of so many of us. I started listening at a very different point to where I am having finished it. I am truly grateful for this incredibly life changing read.

A fascinating and enlightening listen

There is a lot in this book to take in although each chapter is led via a personal story making it easy to do so.

Although having said that I've listened to this now 3 times in succession and everytime I find something I missed the first time around (dangers and benefits of audio). A very relaxing and calming voice, Dr Manga certainly draws you in and calms you as you listen along.

Bring more authentic energy into your life!

My interest in this book came through conscious breathing techniques, but it covers so much more including sleep, technology, diet, exercise, relationships, beliefs, boundaries, emotions... the list goes on. I loved the author's recommendation to try to be in harmony with natural rhythms (what she calls the "intelligent pulse of life") and it's really heartening to hear a medical professional act as the bridge between the worlds of science and spirit. The book is full of great ideas as well as real life case studies, practical exercises and tools for bringing more "authentic" (as opposed to "adrenalised") energy into your life.
