I cannot believe how hard this is.

Truly a challenge to knock out 300 lunges in day not mention doing this everyday. I'm pretty much stretching all day long to prep for the next workout. There almost needs to be a stretching chapter that you do before and/or after a workout since this is supposed to be done every single day.

I've got strong legs

Listen to the other reviews that talk about it being more mental than physical. They are not lying. I love leg day. I go heavy on leg day. I thought this would be somewhat hard but not really.
The quantity will absolutly get to your head, and 30 days will feel so--so far away.

If you can beat the mind challenge, you can beat the physical one.

Hot dog, these are some mean workouts.

Reminds of high school baseball when coach would have us lunge from the home plate, out to the out field fence, along the fence, and back to the home plate. It was hard but we were tough as nails because of it. I don't feel has tough anymore now that I'm in my 40s but this is certainly helping me get it back.

Helps win the mind game during the real race.

I run long distances and I'm always looking for new ways to up my game. Lately I've been working out before my runs to be more fatigues before I even start. Doing three hundred lunges before a long run is a new level of training that is new. My legs are completely obliterated before I step off for the first mile. And it takes several more miles to really warm up and get going. Definitely conditioning my mind to train harder than you are expected to perform. I know the audiobook isn't necessarily for that purpose but it works for me.

You can listen...but you can't obey.

Most people can physically do this for 30 days, no doubt about it.

But few people can mentally get throught it. That's the real challenge.

Every morning a mountain of excuses will pile up in the back of your mind doing whatever they can to get you to quit.
Good luck.

For the newbs in the room who haven't started yet

Hear my advice from one of the lunge veterans here who has made it to day 10: the first week is the weed out week. It's like those freshmen level classes that are used to weed out those who don't have the grit to push through for that major. You're going to have to pay your dues in pain and sore muscle to get through it. And IF you do, you will be rewarded with a level of confidence you didn't think was achievement through just doing a single exercise. My site isn't even on day 30. I'm just trying to make it to day 11.

Like Whoa!

You would not believe what a workout you can get from this. I finished my first workout three hours ago and my legs are still shaking.

I've had chicken legs for all my life

I'm looking to change that. I don't have access to a gym at the moment thanks to COVID so I needed something I could do at home. 8 days in and my legs are feeling much stronger. And that tear drop quad muscle near my near is noticably bigger. I have no idea what I'll do for my wimpy calves but it looks like I've got everything above the knee taken care of if I just stick with it.

This morning: 300 baby!!!

I don't think I've EVER been more exhausted and proud of myself. Sticking this out especially with my pathetic results in the beginning has been way more challenging than I could have ever imagined.

Grind it out, baby!!! You can do it!!!!

What is this?

I've had hard days in the gym that didn't feel nearly like this. After the second workout, thoughts of looking around online for a used wheelchair came to my mind. I'm 23.
