Publisher's summary

Agent Eden Fury is currently building a bridge over troubled waters and she's not sure if she has the tools to finish the job.

The truth about her personal life is out and Eden wants nothing more than to put the genie back in the bottle. Unfortunately, that won’t happen without the type of magic she refuses to touch.

With a mayoral election in full swing and a dead body in her family’s yard, Eden is struggling to keep her nose clean and her head above those troubled waters.

Will she catch the killer and ease the mounting tension in the Fury household, or will the stormy seas finally prove too deep for Eden?

Great series, fun and exciting story!

You just gotta love Eden. Always striving for the good, moral path despite her evil(?) upbringing and family. Annabel Chase has created characters and a town you want to go home to. Can't get enough. So looking forward to the next book in this series.

When do we get book 13?

The story was excellent. Of course the ending left me wanting more. I really hope there will be a book 13, and soon! Annabel Chase is one of my favorite authors.

Oh Man!!

This is a great book. I cannot wait to see what happens next. I think Mom and Grandma should’ve minded their own business!!

Too much unfinished

First, I love this author and her writing. The family confrontation was long overdue, however, you finished the story on a very unfinished note…no teaser, no hope, no promise, no possibilities.

Frustrating

As a grown woman Eden lets her family run her life. They are totally abusive. If I knew a kid like Olivia I would drop her off at the nearest detention center and run. I need to read a book with some love in their lives. Less depressing
