Editorial reviews

Ilchi Lee shared his training techniques to uncover the brain's natural potential during an event in March 2001 entitled "Meeting with the Creator". This audio recording of the event captures the excitement and enthusiasm of the participants as they learn to uncover the true creator within using Dahnhak, a physical exercise system developed by Lee. Lee speaks with a relaxed energy through a capable translator, urging listeners to use Dahnhak's exercises and practices to open up the body's energy points and stimulate the brain. Punctuated with healing music, this session helps listeners transform negative thoughts and brainwaves to positive ones.

not a great book, maybe for some beginners

I didn't enjoy this one. The tone is didactic, preachy, it lacks naturalness, and it states mostly the obvious.
