Good to set your intention for the day but...

I found the music/violins to be a bit off putting. The narrator did a very nice job, but for me the music is just a little too shrill and not background enough to really relax into this meditation. Just my opinion though!

Easy, gentle, grateful

This meditation is easy enough for absolutely anyone. You focus on things you already know and how they feel in your body and mind. It's a gentle, quick gratitude practice that I hope to make part of my morning routine. It will be different each day!
