Enjoyable

Very relaxing and uplifting. Easy to bring a smile to the face and hope for a great day. Only critique was he repeated one section which I don’t think was intended.

Meditation for Gratitude

Great way to start the day. This is a guided meditation with no guiet time to delve deeper. That said, it's positive and sets a nice tone for morning reflection.

Good to set your intention for the day but...

I found the music/violins to be a bit off putting. The narrator did a very nice job, but for me the music is just a little too shrill and not background enough to really relax into this meditation. Just my opinion though!

A Good Mindset

After listening to this I realized that I had become mindless and habituated in my morning routine. I had I forgotten these basic fundamental principles that I used to practice. This 6 minute talk /meditation is want I needed to help me set a good mind set for the day.

A great reminder to be Grateful . The guided meditation is short. Doesn’t require a lot of thought. However, it plants a seed to notice just the little things to be grateful for.

Helped me a lot

It was short , so wasn’t overwhelming for a newbie at meditation. Have been resisting meditation for decades as I find it difficult to concentrate and sit still. This being only 7 minutes long wasn’t daunting at all. I liked the experience and now perhaps can go into longer sessions.
