good fun, worth the buy, mc makes decisions that reflect someone who would be able to lead and isn't a wierd "nice guy"

MC is fun to follow, women dont have a lot of depth but they have goals and reason. Worth the buy.

Fun Storytelling

Story is enjoyable. Characters seem fun and unique. Enjoyed the slow romance in the book, and looking eager to see how it develops in book 2.

Also, really enjoyed the village-building aspect of the story. Was cool to see how the characters develop and flesh out as the story progressed,

Very interesting and immersive

This was great! Extremely well done and the entire world is already amazing and interesting. I got it when it first came out and immediately was immersed. Can’t wait to re-listen to it again to get more of the world and mechanics I may have missed before.

Great first book in this series1

I have read (listened to) books by each of these authors. Some were good some not so much. However together they have produced a great story to start this series. I am really looking forward to the next book.

Very enjoyable

I was a solid concept just not executed very well. The most innovative thing they did was melt rocks lol. I know what manwah they got the idea from and its done infinitely better. Overall the characters where enjoyable and ill read book two soon.
