I’ve narrated 160ish books, and I’m still in awe of his narration. And the story… chef’s kiss

The author had a very good balance between character development and stat explanations. It seems like some authors in the genre can spend to much time just going over the same stat lines for no particular reason.

The odds still stacked against him, Felix again ends with more skills and power.
The reveal in chapter 90 still has me smiling.

I definitely called both who the lizard Unbound was plus Vess’s path later on, she took the Threshold route! I’m so excited to read the next and final book next year!!

I think this is the most balanced and well written book of the series and I’m so excited to see how this series wraps up in the following books!

The hook at the end is kinda harsh but the book over all is decent. I enjoyed it. Some of it I greatly enjoyed.
