Chef's Kiss!

The story is interesting and unique. The characters and spicy scenes are well written. The emotions of the characters really shine through, especially with the beautiful duet narration.

It's forbidden fated mates, stalker romance with graphic scenes so checking the trigger warnings is advised, but overall this is a great start!

narration is decent. male lead is a dumb jock sadist

the main male lead truly shows his inability to make sense of anything towards the end of the book. incredibly annoying. he is just a sadistic stalker douche most of the story besides like maybe 20 minutes total of the story. spice is decent, world is fun, liked the other characters. female lead let the male lead off with waaaaayyyyy too much.

The narrators!!!! Love!!!

Sometimes repetitive but the story is good. I already have the next book and can’t wait to start.

If you could of heard the literal shriek that came out of my mouth when I seen that this came out on audiobook!! I pre-ordered immediately! When I first read this and the second book of course I could NOT stop thinking about it for MONTHS. I had to do a re-read. I NEVER write book reviews but I am compelled to come her and tell you that you will not be disappointed weather you read or listen to this story. I feel as if the pace of the book is perfect. Not a slow burn but not rushed. The MFC is not annoying and just the right amount of badass. The MMC is just...perfect in every way. I don't have words to describe which is probably why I don't write book reviews but if you're in the fence just do it. I loved it in every single way possible.

Dark kinky romance

I’m a fan of dark romance, but this was also vampire with kinks! What more do I need to say? Very good storyline, loved the build up and the main characters lusting after each other. I truly have never read a book like this, which is great because it did not get dull!! I liked the ending with the plot twist. My only hand up was that I did not enjoy the MMC voice, really think this could’ve been a 10/5 stars if the MMC voice was different….

lacking sophistication

the male narration was eyeroll worthy as another review said. story felt like a lot of inner monologue and little real dialogue and action. world building was nonexistent, i didn’t know why i was supposed to care about these characters idk. dnf

This was a DNF for me

I was told it was comparable to Klaus and Caroline but it was definitely not. I found the characters terrible and even the voices made me cringe. I couldn’t finish it.

WHY! Why must FEMALE authors sacrifice the integrity of the FMC to move a plot!

This book had SO MUCH POTENTIAL until the author decided to make the FMC weak, oblivious, pinning and outright stupid in order to move the plot…OUT OF NOWHERE! Why was it so easy to do this to the FMC. I fear a lot of these authors hate women. Oh and the MMC …TRASH!
