I’m so glad that I waited for the audiobook because the duet narration on this was fantastic! Casted perfectly and really helped to put me in the story!

Phew what a quick, great listen! The narrators were GREAT! Nothing was distracting about their performances and I LOVE getting to hear the male and female narrators interact. I liked that the story gave me complicated feelings toward the MMC. Do I like him for her? Not all the time, so I can't wait for the next book for him to hopefully grow even more on me.

Decent story. World building is sort of lacking. Love the enemies to lovers chemistry. Be warned, it ends of a cliffhanger.

Let me explain! I LOVE a good romantasy. I devour them and love when I can listen to the audio. But when I noticed this audiobook was so short, I was worried. I didn’t think much could come out of such a short fantasy, but I was proven wrong! Turns out, it doesn’t need to be 20-30 hours long to be good. I can’t wait for the next book!

I felt this book was slow we didn’t get much from the actual story. You definitely see things coming and I feel they give you exactly what’s going to happen in the summary. Not a lot is happening besides the two MCs messing around each chance they get.
