Single Dad/Nanny Forbidden Romance!

This book put me through the wringer! I’m not typically a fan of a big age gap and was a little worried I wouldn’t like the forbidden aspect (brother-in-law/sister-in-law) but these two had such a connection right out of the gate that I couldn’t help but overlook that stuff and root for them. I loved how much Rani loved Arman and how much she cared to help Darian even though they never had a close relationship before or after her sister passed. This book had just the right amount of angst, but I loved when they finally gave in to their feelings and went all in! Big shout out to the narrators Simone Lewis and Aaron Shedlock who were AMAZING. They truly brought this story to life in every way!

Listening to this book is such an amazing experience. Rani and Darian's emotions come through so well. The heartbreak, the excitement, the love, and the spice. I can't wait to listen to the rest of the series.

Connection

The connection between these two was great ! It was a little harder for me to believe the age gap between the two and the relationship working but in the end it worked.

Family Matters

Adrift -Aaron Shedlock

Loved loved loved 🥰 this story. Totally relatable in some ways. Loved how MC’s handled things that can go well upside down so to speak. Author did an awesome job with the storyline. As for the narrators , Aaron Shedlock was great as always , loved him as Darian 👏🏻👏🏻. Simone Lewis is new to me , but she was just great as Rani 👍🏼👍🏼

I really liked this story. It is a so-called taboo story because it is a sister in law but she is dead so I don’t know how taboo it is. Just the right amount of spice and romance. Narrators were great.
