Fun read, lots of spice, good read if you can get past the narrator for FMC

Moves along at a pretty good clip, lots of spice, a bit unrealistic but that’s pretty common in this trope, the main characters were a bit unlikeable given how they act, the narrator for the FMC was like nails on a chalkboard and I almost couldn’t get through, very nasally and whiny, the MMC narrator was great

I was trying so hard to not root for the FMC & MMC, but their chemistry was SO good.

I liked the book but this author has a habit of starting her stories in the middle, which I don't like. The book would have been great if it would have started at the beginning of their love story.

Let’s talk about my absolute favorite thing: the MMC (aka, the hot doctor) knows from page one that he wants the FMC. There’s no back-and-forth, no hesitation—he’s all in, and he’s ready to do whatever it takes to have her. That level of determination? Swoon-worthy.

What unfolds is what I can only describe as a HOT, TORRID AFFAIR—and I mean torrid in the best way possible. It’s forbidden, steamy, and full of moments that had me hooked from start to finish. Q.B. Tyler just has a way of making forbidden relationships feel like the ultimate guilty pleasure, and this book is no exception.

I genuinely loved everything about this story. The chemistry was off the charts, the angst was chef’s kiss, and the pacing was so addictive that I flew through it in no time. Honestly, I was devastated when it ended—I wasn’t ready to let these characters go!

Do yourself a favor and read this ASAP because I need someone to gush about it with. Trust me, you don’t want to miss this one.

I loved this story. It was a quick(ish) listen, relatable and everything narrated by JF Harding is always more EVERYTHING!! Spicy, sweet, sad, hot… all the things!
