Forbidden & Sexy

The Worst Kept Secret had a lot going on, but it was such a fun read. I cracked up laughing several times, and totally swooned at Theo and Avery's story. This book was just as dirty, filthy, sexy as the last one and I absolutely loved it. There's something about the hot dad next door in a forbidden way that just made this story so hot. These two were pure perfection together. I listened to the audiobook and it was very well done.

I didn’t love the narration - Theo’s voice sounded forced and too old for the character. Avery was OK. Not my favorite.

The story had all the good things, spice, love, both falling hard in an age gap, best friend’s dad romance. And did I mention spice 🥵. I did like Regan’s book better but looking forward to the next one.

The Worst Kept Secret audiobook is amazing! I listened to an audio ALC of this one. It's such a fun and spicy read. Performed in dual narration by Maggie Thompson and Dane Anderson with a few parts narrated in duet. These two narrators really outdid themselves with their performance. Both were perfectly casted.

I loved Avery. She was very mature for her age. She was very stubborn as well and she knew how to have a good time. I thought Maggie captured Avery's confidence and sexiness. Theo was the total opposite of Avery. Dane had that deep, rumbly voice that portrayed Theo's gruffness and he exuded that jealousy and overprotectiveness for Avery.

Despite their age gap they complemented eachother and connected on a deeper level. They understood eachother. I felt the chemistry between the both of them. If you like taboo romances definitely check this one out!

This 🎧book was a best friend falls for his Dad meanwhile her best friend was in love with her since they were teenagers. Did I mention that the H lives next door to h and her parents are his good friends. It was a cutesy listen yes it had some 🔥s👅x scenes but not as spicy as it could’ve been. It ends with a HFN which is just okay in my book.
Is it worth a credit? Sure if you enjoy a cute age gap love story❣️

Like all of @qbtyler.author books, this was spicy and very taboo. Avery falls in love with her bestfriend's (Lucas) much older dad, Theo, who happens to be an ex NFL player 🥵 Lucas has had a crush on Avery for years so it's makes thing that much more complicated. I loved the storyline and, of course, all the sneaking around. The spice was the spiciest 👌🏻 Theo was the best, so attentive, caring, possessive, and romantic. The power she had to make him do whatever she wanted was perfection. He was such a goner every time. I love to see a man melt for his woman 🥰

Also, that Ferries Wheel Scene🥵🔥💥🤌🏼🫣🧯

I wish we could've seen why Avery had "daddy issues" or the reactions of Avery's dad or Theo's ex-wife when they found out 🫣 Overall I really enjoyed it! Q.B. Tyler never disappoints✨️

Dane Anderson is looking to be one of my new favorite narrator. He is SOOOOOOO good as Theo and the spicy scenes are HOT af! One of my favs to listen again and again

This is an age gap, best friends father and next door neighbor forbidden romance. Their chemistry is off the charts and the sneaking around was so fun and OMG “the ferries wheel scene” 🌶! They fall hard for each other. 🔥

So bad but so good!

I think I have to start with the obvious for the sake of my moral compass. I mean, a dad crushing on someone his sons age who he met at such a young age is... a choice. However, the writing itself is so compelling you fall into the same spell as as the mc. Theo is enchanting in all the ways that matter. He is the dreamy mix of caring and gentle yet passionate! He's this mature older guy but you see some youth in him when he can't resist temptation. Avery's confidence is reassuring as she pursues Theo because their build up takes some getting used to. Avery being so sure of what she wants made me as a reader root for her! I trusted her! This was such a fun read and the perfect book to scratch the itch for those of us that dabble in a little risky business! Also narrators were exceptional and easy to connect with! I will be keeping an eye out for Q.B. Tyler.
