I am a fan of the series and so glad to finally have the audio book. Can't wait for the rest of the series. I hope the second comes quickly.

Great addition to the franchise, love the bonus chapter!! Hope we see a return of the caravan group later in the series.

It was great to listen to the beginning of this story again and get details that I either missed or were excluded from the anime. I especially liked Gobta's adventure that was tacked on the end as a bonus. Anyway, enjoy the relatively fast pacing of these early books because if they anything like the anime, eventually half the books will be the characters in meetings to discuss what to do next instead of just showing us doing them - probably the only bad point to this series. My only complaint about this book in particular was the narrator, who's voice is so grating it practically stripped the paint from my living room walls. I get that she was the narrator voice for the English dub, or whatever, but it's still a good awful voice.

Great To Listen to the Beginning Again

I had never heard of this so had no context going in. I also have never read a manga before but I’m a fan now. It’s a silly read and hearing the thoughts of the main character was entertaining. Looking forward to the next chapters.

Strange title

I can't believe they got Rimuru tempest to voice Rimuru tempest if you watch the anime in dub you know what I mean. honestly just as good as I would have thought it would be, although I got to say Brittany got a little wild with the Platinum saver voice so weird. to be honest, the shizu Arc is probably my least favorite part of the anime and it's not much better in this book, but I'm really excited for the future chapters and I'm glad this got off the ground.

I've been waiting for this for so long
