Black Cat Golden Retriever

Let me start by saying the narration is top tier!

Xavier is the gold retriever book boyfriend all of us tough on the exterior girls deserve. They are a very cute couple. They are 2 very driven people with some trauma and loneliness. I sometimes with there was a little more chemistry but what is there works well. Overall, a really fun listen that will leave you with a smile.

King of Sloth is the fourth book in the Kings of Sin series, and this was so good! Xavier Castillo is a rich party boy with a tragic past. Sloane Kensington is his publicist, hired by his father. They had a great banter, but then everything changed when Xavier’s father dies and he has to prove that he is not slothful. Sloane is grumpy and cold while Xavier is sunshine, and I love how she is thoughtful but doesn’t take anyone’s shit. When she trusts you, she is loyal. Xavier falls first. The plot is good and the romance is one of the best in the series. Both characters well developed and grew over the course of the book. There was possessiveness and an emotional connection between Xavier and Sloane that elevated the romance. This is a fantastic billionaire romance!

This is one of my favorite books from Ana huang; my second favorite one is the one with Dante and Vivian

The characters are cute

Not the best book Ana has written but I enjoyed the performance which made me finish it. The first book is the best one by far

Ate the UP!

Don’t know what Ana Huang puts in her books but I ate this one up. Love the way this book was performed. It made Xavier and Sloan’s that much more entertaining and enthralling. I could not stop listening.

A little note, you don’t need to read the other books in the this series to enjoy this book. I have not read the other book in this series and enjoyed the heck out of this book.

It is an entertaining, spicy, and romantic story that does not let you go.
