Publisher's summary

Rosie Belmont has been driving me wild for years. The good kind of wild. The bad kind of wild. But mostly the kind of wild that comes with wanting your best friend’s little sister and knowing you can’t have her.

After living in the city, she comes blasting back into Rose Hill like a storm. Beautiful, messy, and chaotic.

And one wide-eyed desperate plea for a job is all it takes for me to hire her.

Forbes may have labeled me the World’s Hottest Billionaire but all I care about is opening my new recording studio. Something that comes to a screeching halt when I end up face-to-face with a young girl who claims I’m her biological father.

Now I spend my days balancing business with parenting a sullen twelve-year-old all while trying desperately to keep my hands the hell off my best friend’s little sister.

I vow to keep Rosie at arm’s length. I try to stick to scowls and grumpy one-liners. But with her verbal sparring is merely foreplay—friction that turns to blistering heat.

I know damn well I shouldn’t cross that line.

But shouldn’t and can’t are two very different things.

And the only thing I truly can’t do is resist her.

i don't have enough words for how much I love this.

There’s something about listening to the perfect audiobook that makes your life so much better. Work goes by faster. Stressful car rides are not so stressful. And doing the laundry is not that bad anymore.

That is definitely the case with Wild Love. I love Elsie, she knows that. I ADORED this book. I adored the characters, the town, the story, everything—and when you add Zachary Webber and Vanessa Edwin?
Is there a more meaningful word than perfect? If there is, let me know, and I’ll lead with that.

Ford and Rosie have known each other since they were kids. Ford is Rosie’s brother’s best friend, and they argued and bantered and annoyed each other growing up. On the surface, at least.

Now they’re both back in their small town, just as he finds out he may be a little girl’s biological father, and just as that little girl enters his life.
I have to say it—Zach’s kid voice is precious, but so was Vanessa’s. Cora comes out so amazingly in their voices that I fell in love with this kid all over again.

Ford and Rosie end up working together, which is hard for Ford. He’s been pining for her for years, and their banter is just their own brand of love. Including those emails, because… I have no words.

The blue pen moment? Perfect. The desk moment? Flawless? The blue paint moment? Don’t even get me started.

All the tension was spot on, the way a slow burn should be. Zach and Vanessa made me giggle and squeal and tear up. And hot. Because you know all the tension had to go somewhere!

The little things and small moments melted my heart. His acts of service, the romantic words that may not have sounded romantic to Ford at all. The hair pulling. The journal. The dock. All of it is so special.

All the love and the jealousy and the want and the longing came out exceptionally in the voices of these two people, and I’m in awe of them.

This book had me feeling everything. This audiobook made me feel… more. It’s indescribable, and it’s an experience. The perfect couple that is Rose and Ford played by two people who were the best for the job.

Spot. On.

Elsie truly delivered with this book!

Elsie Silver once again slays at the single dad/small town romance. I could not put this one down. I was so obsessed with Rosie and Ford. What a start to her new ‘Rose Hill’ series!

Rosie Belmont and Ford Grant have known each other most of their lives. She’s his best friend’s little sister, after all. After an unfortunate issue with her job, she’s back in Rose Hill.

When I saw this was about Ford Grant (Willa’s brother) I screamed. Ford was perfect. The literal perfect hero. He was sweet, charming, and obsessed with Rosie and an obsessed hero is my favorite kind.
“If I could build you a boyfriend like a Build-A-Bear, he would come out as Ford Grant.”

I also loved the way we found out Ford was a dad. It was different from your typical single dad book. Speaking of being a dad, every single scene with Cora was great. I loved her with Ford and I loved her with Rosie. Rosie was a great heroine. She was so much fun and such a hoot. I rooted for her and I loved her with Ford. And can we talk about the bowling dads? So hilarious! I hope they all get books- especially Rosie’s brother.

Wild Love is such a character driven novel and I loved that. These characters were everything and made the book for me. I’m honestly not the biggest 'billionaire hero’ lover, but that was the least interesting thing about Ford ;). Elsie truly delivered with this book. The chemistry, banter, and the romance! It was perfect for me.

What a great start to a new series!

The audio is perfection this book. Zachary Webber and Vanessa Edwin did such a wonderful job bringing Rosie and Ford to life off the pages of the book.

If there is one thing I will always be able to count on Elsie for it is some top tier banter and she didn't disappoint with this one. This book brings everything when it comes to a brother's best friend, single dad, frenemies to lovers, small town romance.I was hooked from the first chapter and when I had to stop listening to the audio, I was thinking about how I couldn't wait to start it again. I haven't seen a single dad romance done like this before and I love the story that was told with Ford and Cora. And Rosie is a spitfire that I just absolutely loved!

I’m thoroughly obsessed with everything that Elsie Silver writes, and this might be my favorite yet!!!! Did I order the physical book and then immediately purchase the audiobook when I saw that Zachary Webber was the narrator? Yes, yes I did! No regrets!

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5
Spice level: 🌶️🌶️
Angst level: 💔

When Rosie moves back home to start fresh after ending on bad terms with her job, she finds herself in Ford’s orbit. Who she used to have a huge crush on but knew that nothing could ever come of it because of her brother.

Ford is learning how to live in his new reality with a twelve year old teenager, who has so much heart but has had to take care of herself for too long.

Their worlds collide when Ford gives Rosie a job being his business manager, so she gets completely involved in his and Cora’s life.

Elsie truly makes us feel the love between these characters from the very beginning! You can just tell that these two are soulmates and utterly meant to be together. And Cora just completes their little bubble. And their banter is just top tier!

Rosie is one of my favorite Elsie Silver FMC’s hands down! Her sass and wit make her stand out and you know that her and Willa will be good friends!

Cora and Ford’s journey in this book was so, so special. From their first meeting, which honestly was one of the funniest parts of this book (Morticia Adams IYKYK – this literally had me howling out loud), to the very end. I was getting all up in my feels about these two!

Zachary Webber and Vanessa Edwin were the perfect narrators for these two! Zachary’s infamous sighs always get me, and they were the complete embodiment of Ford at times. Vanessa brought the sass that made Rosie really come to life!

Wild about this book 💕

The hype over this book is real and I am HERE FOR IT!!! I absolutely fell in love with Wild Love. Elsie Silver has written a perfect romance with lovable characters, a perfect slow burn, quick and witty banter, pining for days on end, and emotion that you can't help yourself but wanna read it again as soon as you finish it. Everything about it was incredible. Every part of the story crafted to perfection, nothing rushed or overdone.

The story of Ford and Rosie, childhood friends and brother's little sister. Ford has made it big in the world, just crowned as "The World's Hottest Billionaire," a title he loathes and despises. At his core, Ford is a simple man from a small town and that's where he decides to begin his new business in record production.
Rosie is his best friends little sister. She has big dreams of living in the "big city" but quickly realizes that small town life is where her heart is and moves back. She needs a job, Ford hires her and so it begins. Years of bickering with each another, teasing with one another finally catch up with them. When they are begin to work together, in close quarters, a fire ignites in both of them. This is the perfect "he falls first" love story and Ford fell a long, long time ago. He's been in love with Rosie his whole life and it's not until she starts to work for him, talk with him and notice him more closely that she realizes he does love her and she starts to wonder if she might feel the same. It's not a secret they have a physical attraction for one another but, being the best friend to Wes, that he is, Ford has kept his distance. Rosie is a firecracker and I absolutely LOVED everything about her. New favorite FMC.🙌 She's such a sassafras! I adored her and so does everybody else most of all Ford.
Ford comes across as aloof and non-feeling but deep down he's just a big cinnamon roll and would literally do anything for Rosie and he does.
Narrated by Zachary Webber and Vanessa Edwin, there could not have been a more perfectly paired match to give these characters life. They were ABSOLUTLEY PERFECTION! Their performances during email and text exchanges, banters back and forth and quiet and meaningful moments made my heart literally melt. Pure gold in audio! This audiobook gets all the stars from me, infinity of them!!! After reading the first installment in the Rose Hill series, I say,,,,bring on all the single dads! I CANNOT WAIT for the next one! Truly a gem 💕 and wildly excited to see what happens next in Rose Hill.

Wild Love Indeed

My first Elsie Silver book and part of me was hoping not to love it because I’d end up wanting to binge her whole catalog of books…

*sighs* I LOVED IT 🥰 so into Chestnut Springs I go 😂

This was a perfect romance book. It was sweet, had me laughing, swooning, sweating 🥵 and crying. All the feels. And Ford Grant isn’t just a book boyfriend…he’s book husband material 👏

The narrators did a fantastic job and I highly recommend the audiobook!

All the feels with so much heat and humor!

The way I am completely obsessed with this book and these characters! Ford, Rosie and Cora made this book a stand out for me - all the feels with so much heat and humor! If you are an audiobook lover or not, I cannot stress enough that you need to hear Zach and Vanessa’s portrayal of these characters, they brought them to life and had me absolutely charmed!

“Hear this, Rosie. You are worth every penny. Every fortune. Every investment. Every risk. You are priceless to me.”

Holy swoonnnnn!! Ford Grant has entered the hero chat and he is not messing around with his irresistible charm! He is the perfect mix of gruff and grumpy with that secret pinning side that makes him sweet and vulnerable with his feelings. Add in the fact that he dropped everything to take care of his daughter when she needed him and I was a complete goner for him.

“I can see why people vie for his attention. It’s addictive. And I think I’ve been addicted to getting his attention since I was a kid. I’m only just realizing I’ve had it all along.”

Rosie was full of witty sarcasm and her no nonsense banter with Ford had me smiling and laughing but the way she nurtured her relationship with Cora, her little storm cloud - made me just love her so dang much! So even though Ford and Rosie may have “hated” each other it was clear that either would truly move mountains to make their life even one ounce better. And if you are wondering, yes their chemistry is off the charts and there is a certain deal scene you do not want to miss!! Highly recommend checking this one out! Elsie’s delivers another winner for me!

“Other people might not love you the way I do. Might not forgive you the way I will. You and I? We’re a team. I kind of think we always have been.”
