A fitting end to the great story
Ever since book 1 release, Vainqueur series has become my favorite in the genre of Comedy LitRPG and I never get disappointed. Even though we had to wait, it's well worth it, trust me. Long live his Majesty (and don't forget that capital M!)

Story line
I enjoyed the humor and concept of an ancient red dragon becoming a level 1 adventurer and following to the conclusion. The narration with the many characters made it an easy choice to listen over many times.

Satisfying Conclusion
Really ended up being a fun series of books. The story sometimes wanders a bit and goes all over the place, but the sidetracking is almost universally enjoyable. The humor, references, and plays on various cliches was pretty fun even at the worst of times. However, I felt the strongest part of the books was the overall character arc of Victor and Vainqueur. It's extremely satisfying to have characters actually change and progress over the course of a series, and I really enjoyed their progression. It was extremely refreshing, as nothing is more frustrating than flawed characters who refuse to change or develop in any way.

best ending ever
A good solid ending to a wonderful tale. Having come to love the characters, following this arc was a blast. The characters stay true to themselves. Many books push an end or change characters at the last moment just to facilitate a final end or leave so many unanswered questions. I would like to thank the author and reader for a wonderful story and amazing performance. I am now heading back to listen to the story from the beginning again and I recommend others to do the same!!
