What a difference a pair can make

After having enjoyed Dragon's Justice, I looked forward to trying other audio offerings Bruce Sentar had. After not connecting with some of the other series, I had started to wonder if maybe the enjoyment was a one off, but I have come to realize the vehicle that delivers the story is just as important as the story itself. Jessica Threet and Chris Boucher make the story enjoyable and would have I am 100% sure taken an immature character that I could've easily hated in a different actors hands, and given him enough charm that you stick around for him to mature. Enjoyable listen, and I look forward to more.

The silly but seriousness

Too much graphic sex, it's sexier to give the exact acts a little less detail and more innuendo... the author sounds like he needs to get some.

Now presenting Bruce Sentarr. A.k.a the man who has found the perfect balance between spice and story. and man oh man is the story great. if the narrators weren't so good I'd just buy the next book on my kindle, because I neeeeed more of the story. but I'll be patient. anyway get the book.

Ard

Ard's character is quite unlikable to me, I think the story is very good. I only hope his "Sarcasm" is toned down. I do not find him funny.

Good story and great performances

The story is good. The plot(s) are well thoughout and the characters are engaging.
The MC however can be slightly annoying with a constant barrage of sarcastic narration(s) in strange sitautions.
But all-in-all a great listen that is worth the time and price.
