How the storyline is Great

This book did not disappoint. It was funny and captivating. Reminds me of the first book.

Never been disappointed in Bruce’s work only disappointed when I’ve listened to everything and have no more to listen to

like the series but...

I like the story and world building, but Ard is the most irritating mc. He can't be serious no matter how important the situation which makes it hard to enjoy this series at all plus how useless he is 90% of the time in combat especially when a tough enemy is open he knows how to kill them but would rather banter then be competent.

so happy it's finally escalating

story was great, a bit confusing but that's to be expected from such lofty concepts if you just let your imagination run with it it is so enjoyable. once again I wish the L.I for this story coeleced much earlier so we could have a little bit of an after the fact scenario but it didn't disappoint. and ards powers are progressing so nicely I can't wait to see what or how he grows further.

as always I love to hear my favorite readers back at ot again, I cant believe this came out so quickly Iafter merchant of rebellion also I really hope this book is where ard goes and flexes on some zinnovian royalty especially after sentar teased it with Eve and we haven't seen Ard flexing on cocky nobles in way too long aight back to listening

Seemed a lot more childish then the previous.

While I do understand that the idea of the main character is , he is rather childish. This book seemed to push it a bit too far into what was enjoyable listen to. While I did enjoy the book , it would not have been as interesting without those that came before it.

He just doesn't miss

Another great edition to the series. I can't believe how good it was. I absolutely love series, and this isn't even his best (In my opinion). Amazing just amazing.

great book

so if you just started reading Bruce centaurs don't start with this book go back to the very first one Arden's oath and start that cuz just jumping in right here you're missing a whole lot been Chris and Jessica both narrate it is amazing Bruce comes up with a great stories but sometimes you're a little short come on dude legendary rule I actually wanted to see what happened after they came out of the portal found out that now magic is in their world they're trying to save a bunch of people and how many dumbasses there would be trying to say you can't do this I'm such and such but come on it's either way but this one was a great series I love Arden's oath it's a great series

Good but dry

The action was great, Ards powers took an awesome leap forward and I hope we get to see him flex on some nobels in the next book. But that being said, the groups banter was dry made Ard came off as annoying rather than funny and at time felt like filer material. My finale gripe is there was no romance outside the two spicy scenes. It feels like once Ard gets the girl he no longer has to put any effort into their relationship. Bruce says he is focusing more on romance over spice but I feel that he missed the mark on both counts as the spicy content was not as good as previous it has been in the past.
