Entertaining and sets the hook
The storyline is well written, with new characters and many of the same love characters. The author does some great weaving of plot lines that are just details early on, but collide into suspenseful plot corridors later on. I was not sure if I wanted to go to book 3, but after completing book 2 I would be crazy not to.

The Mc is a reluctant leader but is always taking charge. similar to most other story's of this type
