Great series!

Really excited that this came out as a box set. Love the story and the characters... almost done with the set, but couldn't wait to add my two cents on it--this is a great deal and one you should get!

Good slow building series.

The only big complaint I have of the book the background of the main character. Supposedly he was a Marine who served in Iraq. But then later on he was described as serving in Desert Storm. Huh? Not sure if the author knows or maybe was in the Marines for a bit but it seems knowledge of the subject is limited.
I know most people who read this are probably rolling their eyes but being a Marine is a very prideful thing full of tradition and we kinda take that thing seriously. I wish authors didn't find it necessary to give characters this kind of background but if they do I wish they would do a little more research. Especially if you're going to make them a combat Marine. This guy sounds like he's more of a PoG.

Superb litrpg

The quality of writing, value, and entertainment value of these books is excellent. The twist of an entire family having to survive in a litRPG world sounds like it wouldn’t work well, but it works wonderfully. Great fighting descriptions. Much action. Narrator does an excellent job. Five star.

Great story for anime and manga fans

loved it, was a really good store, has alot of gripping moments that can take your imagination to the edge of your seat

I love this original take on the genre!!!

This is a new and original take on the genre, not too many authors take the chance to do this but I always like it when they mix things up a bit. I have to admit I found some of the characters annoying but they actually grow very well over the course of the series and I can't wait until the next book.
