Fred did something bad.

He didn’t intend to do it, but the destruction of a dungeon core - accident or otherwise - will likely result in horrific consequences for anyone connected with the crime.

And not for just the perpetrators; everyone around them will suffer vengeful retribution from the nearby cores for the unthinkable act.

Knowing that his mistake will end up endangering his new friends, the townspeople of Gatecross, and even his Guild, Core Power, Fred decides to do whatever he can to protect them.

After he absorbed the nature core, he unlocked the ability to establish a territory and create his very own dungeon - a dungeon which will hopefully provide the defense they need to survive against the expected fight to come.

Unfortunately, the nature faction isn’t the only one that learned about Fred’s crime.

The Dungeon Adventurer Syndicate, under the authority of the Craytion Kingdom, has sent a powerful group to investigate....

nice and clean, the progress is steady with no crazy jumps and the main character has no crazy hangups.

Other than some repetition in a few sentences (Ex. A full head of hair on his head.) throughout the two books out right now, which just adds some humor in my opinion. This is just an amazing series and it is definitely worth listening to if you love litrpg stories. I know my opinion isn't much, but if anyone reads this you should at least try the book, you might be pleasantly surprised.

I can't explain in words just how good it is

I loved this book, it was a great story and was narrated very well. Not to spoil anything but using a dungeon to defend from other dungeons was amazing. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did.

Gotta love dungeon stories

Good story.
Brooks continues his work in an astounding way and even manages to give the reader what they want without patronizing or placating them.

A great find in a series after coming off the Divine Dungeon series and seeing nothing that seemed to be of that quality.
Brooks did not disappoint as of yet.

I’m looking forward to the next one and since at this point I believe book 5 is out, I should have plenty to keep up my dungeon diving needs.

A good Performance by Meili.
I have no rebukes, well done, from a single performer.

Overall, I am happy with the buy and will buy another in the series.

Thanks.
