Mei-Li Hastings is in trouble. She’s dream sharing with a Kindred warrior. Normally that’s a regular part of being claimed by one of the tall, handsome aliens who came to Earth looking for brides. Despite the fact that he is supposed to feel nothing, Six finds himself drawn to the girl. And when he is ordered by his superior to claim her, he comes in search of his future bride.

Now they are locked in a struggle of light versus dark...cold versus warmth. For when Mei-Li is near him, Six’s frozen heart begins to thaw. Though the Dark Kindred warrior is determined not to commit “Feel-crime” he cannot contain the emotions growing within him for the petite girl he snatched from Earth. But with the newfound feelings of love and desire come some much darker feelings. In order to love Mei-Li, Six will have to face the darkness within and a tragic past he has locked away for years.

If you made it this far…You know you love it.

If you have reached this far in the Brides of the Kindred series, then you should like this book too. It has less action in it than some, more mental trauma that was sad and made you feel for Six. I am hooked on this series and while I like it, there are things about it that I don’t normally like, but I still want to read the next and hope there are more to come. My biggest pet peeve is that between the author and the narrator the heroine sounds wish washy in almost every book. Narrator is good with the male voices but a little whiny sound for the female voices it makes them look weak.

Love This Series So Far!! This author never fails to impress me with her stories!! Can't wait for the rest of the series to come available on audio to listen to them since I don't read books anymore just listen to them.

Amazing

I totally enjoyed listening to this story and the continuation of the series. It was so very intriguing to know all of the different kinds of Kindred. I hope you will enjoy listening to this story as well as the series. The narrator did a amazing job as well💗💗

Great but expressive

This series is very good the story line runs through the entire series but it is a costly adventure. I have spent over $150 and am only only a little more than half way done. I may not be able to finish bc of the cost. But if you have the money then you will truly enjoy this series

Wonderful listening

I have to say these kindred books are amazing. If you want action pack books with a little erotica and romance then the kindred series is for you. I highly recommend this book.
