Publisher's Summary

One True Mate series: An all wolf-shifter police force has been the only thing between humans and an unknown evil for centuries, but the pack is in danger of dying if they don't find their promised mates soon.

This bundle contains four full novels:

One True Mate, the first book

Trevor has lived his entire life believing he was a fraud but angling for a chance to prove he’s not; itching for an actual fight against the demon he’s prophesied to defeat. Nightly, he dreams about the One True Mates. Do they exist? Do they not? He’s drawn to a female, but she doesn’t seem to fit the prophecy, until she leads him right into the home of the demon himself.

One True Mate, the second book

The dragon came to Serenity to fight the demon, and it’s the last thing he hopes to do in his too-long life, but then he meets her, the only woman in the world who may be able to handle his love.

One True Mate, the third book

Crew is a powerful, yet tortured, wolf shifter who is convinced he has to live out the visions he sees in his head: true love lost before it has a chance to begin. Crew is about to discover how powerful love really is.

One True Mate, the fourth book

Cerise is a mystery, and something about her scrambles Beckett’s brain cells. He must figure out who she is to him, and why he’s willing to drop everything to help her.

Horrible narrator. He sounds like a robot.

I bought this audio book but I'm not going to finish it cause the narration is so bad. I really think it's an automated voice. very disapointed and sad that I wasted my money

Narrator is horrible

I want to listen to these books because I read they are good but can’t get past the narrator. It’s so bad I can’t. I tried but it’s giving me anxiety listening. Glad it was in the romance package.

Horrible narration

I'm not really sure if the story is any good because I couldn't get past the narration. He sounded like a computer was reading the book. There was no emotion at all! Thank God it was in the romance collection and I didn't pay for it!

A Drab Listen

The story sounds like it could/would be a must read, I've tried listening to this series several times and can't make it past chapter 3. It's like listening to a computer read in monotone, or the dry eye commercial. I so want to listen to this series, so I'm going to rent it from my public library.

short, clipped sentence structure

The short, clipped sentence structure was a bad fit for this narrator. It felt like being talked at.

Agree

This is a really good series. The story and narrator are well matched. The plot and characters are well developed.

It was ok

I didn't love it. some of the character were a bit weak and very similar.
Would I recommend it, probably not as it hasn't left a lasting impression
