Publisher's summary

Center stage can’t last forever. Even a rock band as talented as Buxton Peak can come crashing down. Protecting his bride from cameras and scandals is the least of Ian’s worries. While he is blinded by love, his band is torn apart by distractions, temptations, and drug abuse. Will Ian stand beside his mates, letting their problems become his problems? Can they pull together as a band? Or will the pressures of stardom rip them apart?

Enjoyed

Buxton Peak, Book Two: Center Stage is a continuation of this enjoyable series. I like being able to follow along on the band’s journey and keep up with the characters in past books. The storyline is fun and characters are interesting. The performer did a great job.

Love this book. Beat one so far!

I really like the narrator for this British rock band series. He does well with the different characters and he’s enjoyable to listen to. The author tells the story well, getting you invested in the characters. It is a clean romance. So far I have enjoyed this book the most. I still have 2 more to read but they keep getting better. Personally, I don’t enjoy the religious aspects of the story but it was easy to skip through and the characters keep me invested in the story to find out what happens next.

Good continuation

This is a continuation of the love story of Ian and Megan and the Buxton peak band. In this story we also see more of Kai and his love interest. I enjoyed this story. It kept me entertained. The only thing I didn’t like was the baby delivery scenario. I’m much too picky about delivery scenes since I have worked as a labor and delivery nurse for many years. But the emotion behind that scene was really good none the less.

Book two in the Buxton Peak series did not disappoint!!!

I loved book two every bit as much as book one in the Buxton Peak series. Another sweet romance with romantic tension mixed with humor, faith, and growth. I fell in love even more with the characters and felt like I got to know them so much more deeply. The story intensifies and I find myself wanting to listen to book three RIGHT NOW! (And did I mention I love the narration! So good!!!)

My every thought is about you

Steve Williams read to me every night . That British accent he does is amazing !
The cast of characters in the book 2 kept me laughing so hard .
Sweet romance , the relationship with band mates , and the women they love .
A great message about depending on god .

A must read for all those that love a rock star romance or just like a great British accent .
FIVE STARS .........

This might be my favorite one so far!

Steve does a fantastic job with all the voices consistently over all five books! I may be biased but I love the Buxton Peak Series!

The Buxton Peak boys are growing up

This installment in the series sees life changes taking place for the Buxton Peak boys. Their family has grown to include girlfriends and more. But what does adulthood mean for the band?

It’s great to see where life is taking them, and I am eager to read the next installment in the series to see what happens next.

Making it big and having to take a break.

In this book the band has made it big.   Ian is a sweet and loving guy with Megan.   However,  some of the guys in the band are having problems alcohol and/or other drugs.   Sadly the band needs to take a break while the guys who need help get it.

I'm loving this series.
