Fantastic series

I loved the entire series. Both books are phenomenal. I like the acting voices and the storyline keeps you going. They’re super steamy scenes

I am a big fan of this author, this book is amazing. A must listen.

not as good as the first book

if this is supposed to be fantasy romance then it's not bad,if it's meant to be a detective story with romantic interests, there are a lot of problems

A bit repetitive

I really liked the 1st book. This one had good some ideas for a story but it started to repeat things that happened in the 1st book. Someone in the PD is a leak again, Avery gets kidnapped for the 2nd time straight out of the police department again. after the description of Detective Quinn in the 1st book, I imagine him looking like an old school, creepy looking old guy cop. So in this book when Avery and Quinn get together it didn't feel like an attractive fit. I felt like neither character had much depth. They had next to no background. But I finished listening to it kept my interest. it was still worth the credit.

Intriguing

Great storyline, well written a real “page turner” so to speak. I would have like to have heard more from Avery’s character, however all in all good narrating. Great late night read.
