The book covered habits from a variety of perspectives and levels. I think it was written well and many different people could relate their habit to it.

Dr. Johnsonn does an excellent job of explaining things so they feel practical for everyday life. I would suggest to anyone reading this that you start a DAILY Meditation practice as this will tie the book to the insights presented in this book. excellent read, finished in 3 days.
