I love this story

First I read this book, then I read it again. Recently I discovered it on audible and I immediately bought it so I could listen to it. I don't for one minute believe this is an accurate portrayal of life in prison, but it is not unrealistic in many ways either. I can only say that prison life is not how anybody wants to live but this story was interesting, with characters I liked, and I highly recommend. I love this author and find her books all worth reading.

Amazing audio book highly recommend to bl fans

This was my first try at audio books and I'm very glad I ended up buying it. The story was amazing.

prision erotica - lots of fun

Helpless college age inmate gets protected by 38 year old drug-dealing powerful Inmate and they fall in love spending 6 years dealing drugs and having sex. Ridiculous ending where the prison authorities know the old guy is a major drug dealer inside the prison but they parole him on his first try anyway.

very interesting

I really liked this story and I liked all the characters I was a little bummed out that it wasn't a bit longer I was okay with our two characters finally getting together towards the end of the book and I felt that the threat and drama that was introduced was just enough to keep anybody on edge this is a must-have book .

Hot!

This was a very hot MM prison romance that ends with a very happily ever after. Good narration too!

An entertaining prison fairy tale!

What about Klaus von Hohenloe’s performance did you like?

His voice characterizations were good - I could tell the main characters apart and follow along easily. I think his narration enhanced the story.

For its relatively short length and serious setting, this was a surprisingly entertaining audiobook that I enjoyed. I expected it to be somewhat dark, but despite the lurking threat of violence, it unfolded into a fairy tale set in prison where Ray Harrison - the big, scary looking criminal - is slowly revealed to be a gentleman who wins the heart of Ryan, the young Princeton freshman, through his protection, friendship, and love.

It was really good.

This as surprisingly sweet compare to what I expect. I love prison books, mostly because I love hurt/comfort books and also dark theme books and most of the times one of those is involved in this kind of story. On that matter I felt a little disappointed for what I expected but not by the books itself that was really good.  

I liked a lot of things about it and have a few issues about it too. I liked the main characters, both of them seem nice and even though I don’t think they had great chemistry, their relationship felt right, sure a little forced but at least it wasn’t an insta-love thing that I dislike so bad. The things I don’t liked were more related to what I expect, I felt like the MC got it too easy in prison and I also didn’t liked the guards that didn’t seem too smart.

Overall I had a great time with it. I listen to the audiobook and I enjoy the narration. I did felt like it lack a little bit of emotion in the steamiest moments but overall it was really good. Another thing that I liked about it, not story related, was the cover. It was actually what attrack my attention to it in the first place.

Surprisingly Hot!

When Ryan discovers that his too fast and reckless life is catching up with Jim it becomes too late. His rich dad can't get him out of trouble and neither could the great lawyer. Ryan takes one more gamble by not taking the deal they offered him and suffers for it.

Later he realizes he has to learn the ropes of prison or get screwed in the worst way possible. There is no hiding away, just taking your sentence head on. Luckily a man with connections and a crew who had some power because of how long they had been there took to liking him. This man was named Harrison and he was a forty-eight year old man who looks out for Ryan who is an eighteen year old kid.

Ryan becomes Harrison's "kid" and Harrison becomes his "Daddy". They have to survive and that means doing the "you scratch by back and I scratch yours" type of relationship. Ryan and Harrison develop a kinky D & S relationship. From then on they develop a romantic type of relationship.
The sex was hott but there terms kinda confused me because it was prison talk. You catch on so don't worry. This book took the point of view of a prisoner or prisoners and made this a great book.
All I can say is "Watch your back and your a**.

Yes. The storyline was well written and the narration was a good match to the books characters. Also, there is obviously an added level of hotness when touching on the topics of turning out a straight guy and prison sex. It's just a perfect storm...

This is a sexy story in a hot setting with rest content and fabulous narration. Well worth the purchase!
