Tengo 23 años y sigo disfrutando de este libro. Me he reído muchísimo como cada vez que lo vuelvo a leer. Está es la primera vez que lo escucho y debo decir que fue perfectamente ejecutado. Gracias Cressida por esta maravillosa "traducción" de la historia, gracias David por leerla para mí. ¡Ah! y Gracias Hiccup por enseñarme a entrenar a mi dragon.

Brilliant car-trip entertainment
We didn't know this book (or indeed the series) and hadn't heard a David Tennant-narrated book before, but the whole family--daughter, 7, son, 9, and parents--gives this two thumbs up. We loved it. We chose it for a long car journey, which as it turned out, was made even longer by a holiday traffic jam, and we really got lucky. The story is funny and involving and the narration is terrific, with great variety in the characterisations and beautiful delivery of the humour. I'm about to buy another in the series to store away for our next car trip, and the kids have since acquired two of Cressida Cowell's books. Highly recommended.

fun adventure story for all ages
This is a great novel and a great beginning to this series. The book is fun without being shallow and Cowell paints a vivid picture of life with Vikings and dragons. David Tennant has varied voices for all the different characters and it's hard to believe they come from one person.

One of the best books of my life 😀
I am astounded by Cressida Cowell's idea of dragons and how she used her own imagination and creativity with them. And David Tennant's narration was just perfection! He really brought the characters, humour and fantasy of Cressida Cowell alive 🐉 I loved Hiccup and his dragon's character development(= how the character changed in the story) One of the best books I've ever read! 💕
