Kick Anxiety to the Curb!

If you have been battling with anxiety, depression, or sadness, this is the audiobook for you! When I was listening to this audiobook, I felt so much more empowered and had a more positive outlook on my own circumstances. Great resource !

I feel as I have gotten older I have gotten more anxious, this book is great at breaking that energy down and suggesting resolutions to help let go of that anxiousness. I would highly recommend it.

An outstanding guide.

I love it and suggest it. Who is searching as like this guide? The author published an outstanding guide. I'm impressed by this book and following step by step. I found this book to be very helpful. While the title implies its the focus is on anxiety, I believe it applies to any relationship.

Highly recommended insight to the mind

The author did an amazing job making this workbook engaging and easy to follow. The inspirational quotes add just the right touch in getting you to look within yourself while journaling, completing quizzes, and taking the suggested steps towards loving yourself inside and out. I very much enjoyed connecting with my younger self and working on embracing who I was years ago and who I am now. The author also has a way of creating a sense of safety throughout all of the chapters/exercises while slowly guiding you and teaching you how to move through feelings and welcome the process of growth and learning.

CALM YOUR STRESS!!

I got this as a gift for a friend, but also to low key check out the interior to see if it would be something I would like... and after flipping through it looks like a really good workbook and I'll be buying another for myself. There is a solid mix of descriptions & small activities, the book is broken up into a few different sections and it looks like it could be really good.

Finding My Way to Self Love!

After listening to A LOT of self-help books over the years, I thought is was definitely time to try a self-LOVE workbook. This was the perfect choice! Don’t laugh when I say the first thing that caught my eye was that it is colorful, inside and out. That immediately cheered me up. Secondly, this book allowed me to actually have FUN on my journey of self-discovery and self-love. Yes, I shed a few tears, but I also laughed and I was amazed at how much I found to love about myself and truly embrace.

Knowing Yourself

People say that if you can know the cause of your anxiety then you will be able to truly begin to heal. Learn about your triggers and then see what you can do to help these triggers. If you don't, it could end up taking a big toll on the relationships around you.

Stop the negative loop!

This book helped me recognize the unhealthy patterns of my life and get past them. If I’ve learnt anything during my life, is that life puts the same rocks in front of you until you actually learn the lessons. It’s tough, but that’s the way it is. And I was blind!

Life Helper

I was looking for a workbook that would help offer insight and tips to create more self-love in my life. This book is it! The first part is a bit of listening but worth it. A lot of useful information. Then it goes into exercises, which I love. The color palette is soothing and uplifting at the same time. It's made of thick paper and highlighter or pens do not bleed through to the previous pages.
