This title is just the right length for someone with a morning commute, anyone taking a trip, or someone listening to their phones while exercising. It's not too long but it's definitely useful and very educational.
The narrator also did a great job here. Not a single complaint.
I received a free copy of this audiobook from the author, publisher, or narrator in exchange for an unbiased review. I was NOT required to write a positive review and this reflects my honest opinion of the work.

The book is easy to follow, and I like how the author explained the free radicals.
My major critics:
1) Sometimes the conclusion is over-simplified.
For example, stress. The author mentioned that stress is harmful and ask readers to reduce stress. However, nowadays people believe only long-term stress is harmful.
2) The suggestion is not highly related
The suggestions the author provided are too general. They might help, but they are not really highly related to oxidation or free radicals.
For example, the author suggests reading food labels and eating real food. Yes, they are good habits, but I think it will be even better if the author provides more detail.

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
This audiobook provides listeners with a good "primer" on antioxidants: what they are, what they do and how to get them. The author/narrator also offers a few simple strategies for consistenly increasing the amount of antioxidants in our diets. The only thing I didn't like about this book was how it was organized. I think I would have absorbed more information from the book if the material had been presented in a more logical/sequential order. To me, the presentation felt a bit randomly organized.
Also, the narrator did a good job narrating.
