Superb!

The two authors do a superb job at showing how to add healthy options (and get rid of those dirty dozen) foods from our dinner plates. What’s not to love?

Loved.

The shopping list of anti inflammatory ingredients was v.helpful to have. And I will be trying out a few of the recipes. On the whole, the book is concise and the narration makes it all easy listening.

Loved.

I enjoyed listening to this one (I love the narrators voice). Lots of good information about what causes chronic inflammation and how diet and exercise can help ease illness. Would listen to again.

I am new to the anti-inflammation diet

I am new to the anti-inflammation diet and didn’t really know much about it. And then I listen to this audiobook and now I feel fairly comfortable about what it means to have chronic inflammation and how eating right is your best (non-medicated) way to stay healthy.

Full disclosure, I’ve been doing the Keto diet up

Full disclosure, I’ve been doing the Keto diet up till now, but its been hard for me to stick too - making sure you get your macro nutrients right when trying to eat lunch at work can be difficult. The anti inflammatory diet is nothing like this. Specific macro ratios, restrictive choices, and hyper low carb meals go right out the window. Instead, in comes the clean fifteen, tasty breakfasts, lip smackingly good smoothies and realistic expectations. If you are trying to cut 7 pounds in 7 days, then this is not the book for you. Yet if you want a way of eating that you can stick to for a lifetime of good health, then Get This Book!

The authors have really done their homework! Far from being another fad diet, the Anti Inflammation Diet is a medically sound way to eat healthily, lose weight steadily, and all while avoiding inflammation symptoms. Fantastic!

The diet plan offered up inside this book seems simple enough and doesn’t look like it’ll be a challenge to keep up and stick to. Particularly as there are a bunch of recipes for me to try out so I won’t grow bored making the same meal over and over again.

This book will prove really useful to you

I got this audiobook while searching for an alternative to the Paleo diet - which didn’t really work for me personally. FYI I don’t suffer from any severe inflammation problems myself but still all the same I was very interested in seeing what this particular diet plan was all about. The book itself is written well and teaches the reader all about what chronic inflammation is and how it can arise as a direct result of what is on your plate. So I think if you suffer from inflammation problems then this book will prove really useful to you.

Tremendous!

If you’ve been skipping from diet to diet trying to find the right one for you, it’s time to stop and get real. Inside Anti Inflammation diet motivation there’s nothing but sensible advice, straightforward ideas, and honest information all designed to help you drop that excess weight. So if you decide to buy this book then expect to hear a lot of common sense advice such as eat more fruits and veg, cut back on sugary/fatty foods, etc.

This book arrived at the ideal time for me - I was on the lookout for a way to lose weight without putting my body into starvation mode [Keto Diet? I’m looking at you!] And thankfully the two authors of ‘Anti Inflammation Diet Motivation’ have helpfully explained how this particular meal plan is all about making healthier food choices rather than micro-managing your macros.
