The Rosemary chicken is easy to make and really yum! You don't have to buy weird ingredients to make the meals, many of the meals work with inexpensive ingredients too. For example, I believe there's a recipe in here that calls for a can of tuna. You don't get much more affordable than that. Lastly, I really love being able to make healthy meals ahead and have them ready to heat up for busy days.
