Well written

It views anger from many different ways and helps us to understand that this emotion given to us by God is normal; it is our behavior that could cause this to sin. Overall, an excellent book.

This audio book is really awesome!

I’ve been dealing with anger all of my life. I’ve had a hard time finding a book that helps sort through the tangled mess that anger creates. This book does just that. I like that it explains anger in both physiological and psychological terms. Anger is a normal and natural emotion. It’s how you react to it that makes all the difference.

everyone should listen to this audiobook.

The book is based on Zen principles, but it is not religious in any way, nor do you have to be a Buddhist to benefit from it. In this age where everyone seems to be angry and expressing it non-stop, these are important lessons. The writing style is breezy, easy to read and understand even though the topic is deeply spiritual.

Examples of how to help yourself and your anger management

This was a great book. I have struggled with anger management my entire life and I have never sought for help. This was my first attempt at self help in regards to emotional regulation. What I can say is within the timeframe of reading this book and applying it’s methods, has changed my life and lead to a mental shift for the greater good. I am a results driven kind of person, and the results from years of anger and frustration were beaten easily within 3 weeks of practiced emotional control. 3 weeks of emotional regulation > years of anger and frustration. Try it out you have nothing to lose. It works!

It is very interesting

I strongly recommend this book. I've dealt with anger issues my entire life - I grew up around anger and never learned how to deal with it. That decision changed my life for the better. I slowly listen the book over and over. It's beautifully described in an easy-to-understand way, yet very profound. I've since gone on to read many more books about anger and enlightenment

Helpful and Extremely Clear!

I get this book only for my listening since its alluring title moves me and the resentment of guardians is a major issue in our general public for kids' development. The writer make this book straightforward through its audience inviting style
