This is a very powerful and effective book that can help the listener become their best self. When interacting with the world we should move through the universe with the mindset that we are all connected. The universe is a force that connects us all. As we align with it our thoughts become positive which brings the words and actions that attracts the life we want to live. Thinking positive thoughts become the words you speak and attracts abundance and others with the same energy.

The part of the book that resonated the most with me is to have a positive attitude. At this level, being in the present moment brings into focus a mindfulness that makes you happy and light. It is that positive attitude that others see and feel which helps them, too. I completely enjoyed listening to the information about how anyone can use the laws of the universe to manifest abundance in their life. The author did an excellent job including real life examples and action steps to follow. I will listen to this book again to add more positive steps to boost my energy. I highly recommend this book.
