Publisher's summary

Acting in anger is bad, but anger itself is not. It's a communication, like pain: you get angry only when something's wrong. With lots of client stories, this book shows you how anger tries to protect you, and how you can honor its messages. When you improve your relationship with anger, you take better care of yourself, and then - you're no longer angry.

Great view of agger

This was a refreshing and informative view of anger and how it can be used as a guide in our lives.

wrong and disturbing examples for this title

talking about anger and taking example of children malesting and putting that under the topic and subject of this title is wrong at least to say.

i expected a psychology book, analysts view to himan behaviour - however i hear dramaric examples. its sick. wooow. more keywords: mother's invasion, marriage issues, emotional claustrophobia, unable to manage relationships - no no no. wrong title. biographical material, nothing to learn from this book.
