All about love and then some

A must listen to everyone who needs it. bell hooks lay it all, love, family, relationship and self love in all it heaviness and all messiness and above all, all its loveliness once done right by you before anyone else.

One Perspective on Love

This book is of the author’s perspective on what love is and how to truly experience love. It was an interesting read but I would no means take what is in this book to be law. I do think I can apply what I have learned to my relationships, but I wouldn’t really consider much of the book as advice but more of a commentary on love (or the lack of love) in our modern capitalist society.
