felt like an expert of the keto diet now

I wasn’t sure about purchasing this book at first, but it was (1) one of the shortest and (2) one of the cheapest. I assumed I would receive a book that reflected the length and price, but instead I got something that explained what a body needs to sustain itself and the dangers of not getting those things. It explained each concept multiple times, so by the end of the book, felt like an expert of the keto diet and how to do It healthily.

Extremely useful.

I assumed that “All” about the keto diet would have went more into details of what the diet does. But it rages on about carbs and fats with little organization behind the paragraphs. It’s more of a comparison between the keto diet and a low-carb diet. I found myself going back numerous times to listen to what was written again. After I comprehended the information, it was all extremely useful and important. It was just quite easy to get lost.

I am highly suggesting it.

I never considered the ketogenic diet until this book was recommended to me, but now I can’t understand why I didn’t consider it sooner. For such a short book, the reader did an excellent job at conveying the information. I had no idea how important getting the proper nutrients is—not to mention the fact that I shouldn’t get too many of them. This was an eye-opening listen and worth the hour it will take out of your day.

Let this proper info guide you.

I have read that the ketogenic diet is dangerous, and this short book explains why it can be dangerous without the proper information to do it correctly. Some people cut the carbohydrates from their diet entirely and this book explains the downfalls of doing so. From the voice of the speaker to the information itself, the book was good. The only complaint I have is that many of the facts ran together and were hard to understand

Turns out fat in foods aren’t as bad as I thought

The most important thing I learned from this book is that fat in foods aren’t as bad as I thought! The short explanations behind the food groups and how they effect a person are perfect! Even if you are not considering the keto diet, there are lots of things in this book that you can take into account during your everyday eating habits.

it gave me more!

Maybe I went into this book with expectations too high, but I wanted to know not only the way the nutrients work in a person’s body, but also recipe ideas and other foods to eat with the keto diet. I can’t go less than three stars because it was not advertised as a recipe (or food) book, and though I wanted more, the information in the book was insightful and helpful.

The info is sound and short.

I learned so many new things that the “trendy” websites don’t mention about this diet. I found that the information (from what I have learned in the past) is sound and it is short enough that I didn’t grow bored. Some of these books are far too long and have too many facts in them. This one had just enough information spread out enough to keep my interest.

i heard a lot of fundamentals in this.

For a small and inexpensive book, I learned a lot of the fundamentals in this book about the Keto diet. It was mostly biology and what your body needs to remain healthy. The book didn’t argue for or against the diet, but rather gave a lot of health facts. I’m happy to now know how the foods I eat impact my body, and that our bodies do need carbs to survive, even if we limit them greatly. I have always seem them as bad thing to be avoided at all costs.

I enjoyed listening to the man read this story.

Most diets don’t work for me, so I was hoping that the highly popularized Keto diet may do some good. From the stuff I learned in here, I hope that it will benefit me. It seems that is nutritionally sound. I do not like that a blood test is among the precautions to do this diet. But this was a good book. Very factual.

This book was good, but it wasn’t great.

This book was good, but it wasn’t great. The story-teller did an excellent job keeping me engaged, but I didn’t learn what food options I have. I feel like if I look on the back of a box, I’ll know if the food is keto diet friendly after this book, which was one of the things I was expecting. I know that I want to look for something with very low carbs and instead satiate those nutrients with natural fats, but what foods offer that? The book didn’t go into those details.

So convenient

Not having to sit down and read this book made all the difference. It was so convenient listening to all the tips, tricks and scientific info that would have put me to sleep if I read it. I would definitely listen to this again!

The reader did a great job.

I love the idea of the ketogenic diet, but it has always seemed almost impossible to do—especially when I know nothing about it. This gave all the information I could possibly need to begin. And it’s really interesting!

It gave me all the information.

When my son decided to try this diet to better his life, I wanted to learn more about it. This book gave me all the information I wanted and then some. In fact, with everything inside, I will probably try this diet and see if it will better me in the way it seems to have helped a lot of other people.

I think it is good.

It was super hard to understand, but when I re-listened, it was a little better. There was a lot of difficult information that could have been written in a more understandable way, but for a book like this, I think it is good.

I love everything about it

I love how this book has so many parts that focus on the diet and the way it may effect people’s health. Even better, there are a lot of common dietary misconceptions cleared up in here. It also encourages healthy keto diet practices, which is something that online searches will not mention.

It's worth re-listening.

I felt like I learned a lot more from this book than I have during all my google searches on this diet. Everything is compiled and organized, and it was super interesting. I think I will re-listen and take notes and start this diet.

it needs some improvements.

I wish there was more of a list regarding foods that I can eat and not only what types of foods I can eat. With more research it will be fine, but I don’t want to do more research.

With tons of facts.

It is fascinating.

Most books like this are too dull and scientific to read, but this one was fascinating. I tried the Keto diet previously but wasn’t aware of all the things I was doing wrong. If you read this, you will definitely learn all the essentials to do this diet safely.

It gave me enough info.

I only bought this book because the keto diet has been on popularity rise and I’m considering trying it to lose weight. It was a hard book to listen to, but it gave enough information that I believe I can safely try this diet.
