I enjoyed the information in the book and the step-by-step processes the book uses to help someone avoid emotional abuse, blackmail, bullying, or anything else along those lines. This is the kind of book that should be assigned for children in public schools to learn about emotional abuse and how to get past it. Very satisfied.

This was clearly an informational book from the start, and I was not disappointed. There were many places I had t pause and consider what was being said. I also had to look up a few things throughout the book, but I expected nothing less! I learned what I needed about this diet and then some. It would have been nice if I didn’t have to seek answers from other places, but I understand that I know a lot less than most people on this topic.

The most important thing I learned from this book is that fat in foods aren’t as bad as I thought! The short explanations behind the food groups and how they effect a person are perfect! Even if you are not considering the keto diet, there are lots of things in this book that you can take into account during your everyday eating habits.

This touches on the absolute basics on the keto diet--not the foods that should be eaten or the things to avoid. It is mostly which nutrients are best in the diet. It also spends a lot of time talking about this diet vs. a low-carb diet. A few points didn't make much sense and I had to re-listen to the parts and do some individual research. But if you are looking for a book that teaches you the fundamentals of this diet (as well as precautions to ensure you're doing it healthily), this is the book for you.

For a small and inexpensive book, I learned a lot of the fundamentals in this book about the Keto diet. It was mostly biology and what your body needs to remain healthy. The book didn’t argue for or against the diet, but rather gave a lot of health facts. I’m happy to now know how the foods I eat impact my body, and that our bodies do need carbs to survive, even if we limit them greatly. I have always seem them as bad thing to be avoided at all costs.
