Perhaps, you are one of three girls, or one of five boys that was sexually abused by the time you were 18 years old. Unfortunately, I fell into that nasty category.

Incest happened to me in my Christian home during the first 18 years of my life. The first 10 years were mostly forgotten, or repressed, until I was close to 40 years old, and in counseling.

Not remembering the sexual abuse was detrimental to me, because I realized that I had a vast number of problems, and no earthly idea why.

In preparing to write my first memoir, Identifying and Healing Childhood Sexual Abuse, I came upon a list of approximately 99 different after-effects that come as a result of sexual abuse. Finally, I held in my hands, a list of words that totally and completely described myself!

Sexual abuse brings on a vast assortment of fears, physical symptoms, mental symptoms, relationship issues, sexual issues, memory problems, and spiritual problems. The first time reading the list, I remember thinking, "If I would have had this information in high school, I could have figured out all my mysterious issues so much sooner"!

Once I studied the list carefully, I discovered that I checked yes next to 86 of the 99 after-effects. No wonder I always felt so odd and flawed my entire life!

Finally, understanding what I was up-against, it was easier for me to comprehend all my problems, heal, forgive, love, and move past the damage done by abuse.

Lastly, this audiobook is carefully written to not harm the listener in any way! I pray that this audiobook will give you the information that you need for a total and complete healing in your life!
