Just What My Soul Needed

I am a terminal cancer patient and I consider myself spiritual but not religious. While I may not agree with everything written in this book, it was exactly what I needed at this time in my life. And I would say the vast majority of it was both instructive and inspired. I hope when I go, I am able to say "thank you" to God as well, and I hope I can leave behind some of the lessons I have learned in my 40 years on this planet (hopefully more than 40).

This was a word aptly spoken in seasonal timing with my life. Although, it took me several months to complete, each chapter was God's timing. I have listened to the last chapter about Dark Night of the Soul more times than I can count! What relief from guilt and shame in the wrestle of the dark night of my own soul presently! There is nothing wrong with me. I am normal. This is part of the spiritual journey into deeper waters.
