Painful - save the credit

If you can get past the two chapters of Disclaimers.. The seven ways he says they aren't giving medical or legal advice or the three times he emphasizes the copyright... which is very dense and irritating.
If you can THEN get through the flat affect of the reading.. Then by all means, you may get something out of it.. I however can not survive this and will be stopping the recording when I hit send.

Very informative

As always you must do your own homework when it comes to your body and diet ....as all people are different.
I had to listen to this several times to get my head around it...and printed out foods to avoid and foods to eat list
