A fun smaller and cute adventure

The series continue to manage to be a hilarious world inhabited by selfish and terrible wicked people thst you can't help but root for, just with a kid this time. While Lucia and Softy relationship is not explored that much I did enjoy the relation with the kid Sophia. Also Illya manage to be probably my favorite character with her manipulating stuff from the back.

setup for the next book

introduces new characters and ideas that set up for the next book. the only real problem with this book is that sofia (little squirrel girl) starts off with a good voice, then later it starts to turn really annoying. overall a fun story to pass the time, but definitely my least favorite in the series (not to say its bad! its just a lot of filler.)

My favorite Audiobook series.

The VAs performance really sells these absurd, fun, and honestly a bit messed up stories. I hope we don't need to wait too long for the next entry.

About 70-80% was filler honestly.

This book was kind of a let down honestly I hadn’t read any reviews or details about it and wasn’t expecting this book to basically be a fluffy slice of life story for the most part.

Don’t get me wrong it sets up for the next big adventure and definetly has its moments of interest and humor but mostly it was just a sweet story about the littles squirrel girl.

Quirky, odd , and totally out there!!! Made me laugh, groan and shake my head! This is a series of insanity at its best and I loved every moment of it! Eagerly awaiting the next installment in the life and times of a deranged squirrel and her trusty sword 🗡 🤤
Mare is a brilliant narrator and can make getting boiled in a pot sound so warm and comfy ahhhhhhh

Great addition to the series!

Lots of fun, crazy shenanigans with a bit more of some serious concepts thrown in. Overall, fun and funny, and I listened to it pretty much straight through. I love the addition of the daughter, and the end of this book makes me very excited for the next one. This one was more or less a slice of life interlude to then move on to the next part, which I really enjoyed.

only one problem, but still great

the kid sounds great in frist chapter but as it goes on sounds more like a odd teen boy.

was kinda a slog trough about half the book but the rest was good enough to make it worth the listen
