Grey

I really enjoyed seeing things in a new light in Grey's eyes. The struggles he went through and the new found magic. He finds love which is well deserved.

Meh...

I was so excited for this book to come out but I gatta say, I was let down. This book is no where near the book that A Curse so Dark and Lonely is. I will stick with this series to the end because I am invested already. Book 3 better be ah-mazing!

wow!

What in the actual hell did I just read?! First of all this book went in a completely different direction then I was expecting it too and it left me very frustrated... and the ending redeemed it and gave me what I wanted...and left with more questions.. such a plot twist!

the performance I thought was just as good as the first... however there were times that the person who voiced li maras chapters irked me

Love this book

This book is great, I enjoyed reading about the new characters and the romance, can't wait for the next book.

Better than the first book

This was good enough to finished but not compelling enough to read the third. Trying a new series first. Overall, the story was decent and the characters were likable. Good for someone just getting into fantasy. No spice.

Narration Killed the story

I could not get past the female narration. I hoped I could get used to it but it only seemed to get worse. Loved the first book and performance.

Had a hard time getting past the voice actress for Lia Mara. Nearly quit a few times... Story was alright, First book was better.

Narration is horrible

Why oh why do they make the sister sound like a damn three year old. It was so cringy to listen

Great second book

This story was a great continuation from the first book. Grey is my favorite character, so I liked that the starry centered around him. The male narrator for Grey was superb. I didn’t love the female narrator.

I liked this one better than the first!

Really got to know some old characters more and meet some amazing new ones! Voice actors were great! However, I would love for future books to always use the same voice anytime that character speaks. Instead of having the one voice actor speak for all the characters during their chapter.
