Great Story

I like this story a lot, and I like the narrator for Lou. But the narrator for Reid drove me insane.

Witch please.

The craftsmanship of this writing was just a masterpiece. I could tell I was gonna love this one from the first page. I read and rate lots of books and don’t give 5 stars lightly. This one is very well-deserved!

I enjoyed the story but...

The male narrator was so stilted, awkward, and weirdly paced with his reading. I found myself just trying to bare it until it switch back to the female narrator. All 3 of my stars for performance are hers. -2 for him.

Ahhh

Excellent book, I love love loved it. Lou’s character is so great. Her sarcastic remarks are my favorite and I love the way she curses like a sailor. I’m a huge fan of the way this book was written and the excellent tension built between Reid and Lou. I’m starting the second and can’t wait to see where the story goes!

This was so thrilling! it was laced with magic, suspense, beautiful prose, and was so well written. The narration was outstanding. Can't wait for the next book in the series...
