Great Conclusion to the Trilogy!

I really enjoyed this last book. I feel like it tied everything in together well, when the last book left things so uncertain in this war. I was also happy that the story took on the perspectives of each of the four main characters fairly equally. Finally, I wasn't in love with Lia Mara's narrator in book two, where she overacted and made her character seem immature in my opinion. However, I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to find that she seemed to tone it down and give Lia Mara's character the maturity she deserves. I liked the performances of all four narrators in this book, and it's definitely worth a listen!

Great series! Grateful for a happy close :) I wish I knew it was a trilogy when I started because I had to wait for the last book.

Voice actors were really great.

The story was just average and predictable. It didn't really capture interest or hold it.

Good, but too much repetition

It’s an entertaining story and interesting conclusion to the series, but there are multiple sections that repeat descriptions almost verbatim. I’m sure readers can see parallels without using the exact same phrases.

Can’t care about Lia Mara

I think this would be a better story without Lia Mara. I just can’t bring myself to care about her story, and I don’t enjoy listening to the narration of her portions.
Based on other reviews, I tried to keep my expectations low, but at the end of the book, I just felt unsatisfied, sad, and disappointed.
