Ridiculous storyline and dialogue. The narration wasn't that bad for me. I have had real narrators who were worse.

Predictable yet sweet tale, unfortunate about the auto narrative :o(
Liked the book but probably will not listen again. The Virtual Voice narration creates a flat story with petty sounding characters. Would enjoy the tale with a real voice actor.

Very Good!
I liked this story although predictable , the lead characters are endearing, especially the female character. The virtual voice narration isn’t my favorite but it wasn’t that bad, I’ve listened to much worse narration from real live people. Overall a good book.

Lovely story, virtual narration gets old fast
I enjoy the quick and fun read that this author provides. When I began reading I didn’t mind the virtual reader, but about half way through the book I was so tired of the unvaried reading style. The lack of emotional responses made the story a little less enjoyable. That said, I recommend the story. Ms. Beers writes enjoyable clean historical romance!
