This was a good childhood friends to enemies to lovers. The narrators did a great job with these characters.

I’ve found a new favorite!

When I started this book, I was thinking it would just be a book to read between novels. Nope. That’s not what happened. I fell. I fell hard. Micalea Smeltzer’s writing style is out of this world and her characters???? STOLE MY HEART!

Do NOT miss this one! You will fall hard for beautifully chiseled characters. You will be enveloped in an angst filled, page turning story line.

Erin Mallon & Jacob Morgan brought Rory & Mascen to life in a fantastic way. Their voices nailed the characters beautifully and I was not bored by their narrations.

Five stars and two thumbs up for this amazing read! I can not wait to dive into Cole’s story next!

Super cute!

Got to love a college romance. Love this so much two characters who lose touch and find each other in college after she fools around with his friend. Loved the banter, loved how they found their way back to each other. I felt like I was back in college my self, lol Great narration by two of the best in the business.

Cute but just okay

When they say slow burn, they mean it when it comes to this story. I was bored and was about to DNF it but decided to push through. I’m not interested in continuing to the series, but it was a cute story but predictable.

Childhood friends to Lovers

Loved this journey of childhood friends to enemies to lovers. After a period of hate between the MCs they finally admit their attraction and rediscover their friendship.

Has enough steam 🔥🔥🔥 and plenty of one liners to keep the story rolling.

Great narration, as you always expect by Jacob Morgan and Erin Mallon!

Tried for the narrator

Soo I did listen to the entire thing, it was fine. Definitely not my favorite but it was bearable. I love this narrator and I feel like he didn’t even get to express his regular level of talent because the characters just didn’t express much emotion either. There was some character development, but maybe it was just too realistic since the main characters are only 18 and 21 after all 😂. Things seemed a little toxic and simplified but my expectations should have adjusted for the title and cover art.

Easy Listen

I really liked this book! Anything with Jacob Morgan & Erin Mallon grabs my attention & is going to get a Listen. This was a great story with twists and turns, but the perfect ending. Loved it & definitely recommend.

I loved this one. It was easy to listen to but contained layers…depth. The character development was awesome & we get to enjoy more than just the main characters! I want to hear all of their stories! This was my first by this author but not my last.♥️

It's a spin off

of the Willow Creek books but this was my first one of this Author so its not a bad start but once I figured out the parents had a story I went to start that series before continuing on with this one. I wish there was a little more exploration of the relationship with his dad and roommate but overall it was a good listen and the narration was done well.

Pass on the hero

I wanted to love this, I really did, because I totally love Micalea Smeltzer's writing, but I hated (with a passion) the "hero"Mascen. He was a total @ss through basically the entire book. The only people he was remotely pleasant to were his mom and sisters, he was a jerk to his teammates and even his friends!! So, I know that bully romances are crazy popular right now, but they are obviously not for me.

I did like the heroine, Rory, she was a strong and driven college student, who had a tough life, prior to college. I also enjoyed the building chemistry between the h and H, and how amazing his parents were with Rory.

I listened to the audiobook version, which was narrated by two of my favorites, Erin Mallon and Jacob Morgan.
