This story stole a piece of my heart

I read a lot…like a lot, a lot! I’ve read many great books…but this one ranked up there with the best of the best. I love a sports romance but I was not expecting the sheer emotion this story pulled from me. I devoured this book from start to finish. Perfect blend of angst, intrigue, romance, steam and feeling. A few of the scenes just slayed me…oh Tobias…my heart broke for him and mended with him. And Meyer…she was smart, strong and determined. I was so happy for her to finally get the HEA she deserved. Excellent narration. Do I recommend? A thousand times, yes!!

So Much Moore then Expected!

This was so much moore then I expected and I am in awe! Definelty a gem in disguise. I would totally recommend this read/listen and it is definetly worth a credit!

Freakin Meaghan … just take all my money

Meaghan’s writing is chicken soup for my soul. I always cry, I always laugh, I always swoon. I really loved this story. I also love that her stories are not just the spice of a relationship, there is real substance to the plot lines.

Without getting spoiler-y I loved the twists this plot took in a couple of spots. A curve ball, if you will. 😉

loved the story, hated tobias at first but he really did grow on me tbh. i liked the plot twist toward the end too. really cute with a hea included.

Dirty Curve

Dirty Curve is a new standalone featuring Tobias and Meyer. This book is told from dual points of view.

Tobias is the popular baseball pitcher at their school. He is having trouble with some of his grades and Meyer is the sports tutor. Tobias is cocky at first and demands Meyer to show up when he wants. Meyer has something else going on in her life, and Tobias doesn't realize it.

Once Tobias gets to know Meyer he realizes not everything is as it seems. They start to have feelings for each other but she has secrets.

What happens when he finds out these secrets? Can Meyer and Tobias get their happily ever after or will the secret tear them apart for good?

I loved this book and devoured every minute of it. When the secrets were revealed I was shocked. It was not what I was expecting!

Holy…. Wow. I don’t normally say a book is a top read for me in a year, but I’m pretty sure this one is going to make me. I had heard a lot of good things about this book and for once it lived up to those. Meyer and Tobias ripped my heart apart then put it back together again. Meyer is a tutor with a ton of secrets, and Tobias is the hotshot pitcher who everyone thinks they know. I don’t want to give anything away because every part of this book was just amazing. If this is what all of Meagan Brandy’s books are like, sign me up.

Meagan never disappoints!

Yet ANOTHER amazing story. Tobias is everything! The ONLY thing that could have been better is if the narration was duet style. It feels so much more immersive that way, but the narrators were still GREAT!

What an amazing book!! This was my first book by this author. I found it by the rabbit hole of BookTok, am I ever glad I did! I thought one thing while listening to this whole book but then so many curve balls came at me with a very different outcome. It was fantastic! Lee Samuels and Savannah Peachwood brought Tobias and Meyer to life. He’s the cocky hot jock and she’s the nerdy tutor. He can’t figure out why she won’t look at him. She wants nothing to do with him. However his grades aren’t good and he needs help and she’s the best and coach wants his star player to play. You feel Meyer’s struggle throughout this book but you have no clue what she’s really going through till later on. She’s an amazing person just trying to do her best, even with her heart-breaking. Tobias is the typical jock…. Hot, hooking up with anyone. However that’s just what he shows others. There is a surprising book boyfriend underneath it all. This book will stay with me for a long time!!! Don’t worry it has a HEA.
